The Chapel bells

These five bells were blessed on July 22, 1992 by Mgr Ambrosanio, Bishop of Spoleto in Italy (the diocese to which the town of Cascia belongs). They ring the following notes respectively: A, B, C#, D, E, corresponding to the first five notes of the scale, transposed by a tone and a half.

Holy Name of Mary

The Feast of the Holy Name of Mary (September 12) is the principal patronal feast of the Congregation of the Oblates of the Virgin Mary.

Saint Joseph

Saint Pierre

The Venerable Pio Bruno Lanteri chose St. Peter as the other secondary Patron of the Congregation, to show both the obedience and the extreme attachment that Christ's disciples must have for the Pope, Peter's successor.

Saint Joan of Arc

Saint Joan of Arc is, along with Saint Theresa of the Child Jesus, the secondary patron saint of France.
